Seven days, no questions.
If you don't want what you bought, tell us within seven days of the purchase and the payment is returned.
What is covered
Every purchase: one announcement, a month, and a season, including the founding prices. Whether or not you used the rewrite. A duplicate charge is refunded whenever it happened.
How to ask
Email msaifullah.abdullah@gmail.com from the address on your account, or open the purchase on Whop and request a refund there. We confirm within two working days. The money goes back through Whop to the card or wallet you paid with; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
After seven days
A month can be cancelled at any time on Whop and will not renew; the current 30 days are not refunded. One announcement and a season are not refunded after seven days. If something went wrong on our side, write to us anyway: we would rather fix it.
