Plain terms.

Referred checks and rewrites federal resumes. It does not apply for you, and it does not decide who is hired.

What Referred is

Software that checks a resume against published OPM and USAJOBS requirements and against the text of a job announcement, and that rewrites the resume to meet them. It is operated by Abdullah Taimoor in the United Arab Emirates. It is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, USAJOBS, or any federal agency.

What it is not

It is not legal advice, and it is not a promise that an application will be found eligible, referred, interviewed or hired. Rules change, announcements differ, and agencies decide. The report tells you what the checker found against the rules it names; it cannot see what it cannot read from your text.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Use it with your own resume, or with a resume you have the owner's permission to work on. Don't use it for material that isn't yours to use, or in any way that breaks the law.

Your application is yours

A federal application is a certified document. The rewrite never adds a fact your resume or your answers didn't give it, but it is produced with the help of an AI model and can make mistakes in wording or emphasis. Read every line before you submit anything. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Referred does not write the Merit Hiring Plan essay answers, which applicants must certify as their own words.

Payments and renewals

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Whop, which is the seller of record; Whop's terms apply to the transaction. One announcement ($49) and a season ($199) are paid once and never renew. A month is $79 every 30 days until you cancel it on Whop; cancel before the renewal date and you are not charged again, and the current 30 days run out. The founding offers apply to the first 200 buyers of each and end without notice once sold out. Refunds follow the refunds page.

What you may not do

Access Referred with scripts or automated tools, resell or share access, try to get around the limits on rewrites or questions, or interfere with the service. We may close an account that does, and the refunds page still applies.

Availability and changes

Referred is provided as it is and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it is error-free or uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw features; if we withdraw something you have paid for, the refunds page applies.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising from Referred is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the place where you live.

Law, disputes and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If something goes wrong, write to msaifullah.abdullah@gmail.com first; most problems are fixed by email within two working days. This page is dated at the top; when it changes, the date changes with it, and continuing to use Referred after that means the new terms apply.
